This skid-mounted hollow fiber ultrafiltration (UF) system adopts pressure-driven membrane separation technology. The high-performance UF membranes effectively intercept suspended solids, colloids, turbidity, bacteria and macromolecular organic matter from raw water, while allowing water molecules and small soluble substances to pass through smoothly.

The whole unit is built on a robust stainless steel frame with anti-corrosion plastic pipelines. Equipped with an automatic control cabinet, flowmeters, pressure gauges, valves and circulation pumps, it supports automatic backwashing and periodic chemical cleaning (CIP). Regular flushing efficiently alleviates membrane fouling and extends the service life of membrane modules.

Ultrafiltration equipment is widely used as advanced pretreatment for reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and seawater desalination systems. It can be applied in wastewater recycling, river/lake water purification, groundwater treatment, industrial circulating water treatment and municipal water supply projects.
