This integrated EDI ultrapure water equipment combines pre-treatment, reverse osmosis and continuous electrodeionization (EDI) module to produce high-resistivity ultrapure water. The unit adopts fiberglass pre-filter vessels, high-pressure vertical pump, precise flow monitoring gauges and an intelligent PLC touch-screen control cabinet. EDI technology realizes continuous deionization without chemical regeneration, avoiding acid & alkali consumption and secondary pollution. It delivers stable high-purity water with resistivity up to 15-18.25 MΩ·cm.
Full skid-mounted structure simplifies on-site installation, wiring and commissioning. Automatic running, real-time operating parameter monitoring, low operation cost and easy maintenance. Widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, photovoltaic industry, PCB electroplating, pharmaceutical production, laboratory analysis, cosmetics, boiler feed water and new energy industries that require ultrapure water supply. Custom water flow capacity and configuration are available to meet different industry water quality standards.
