Ultrafiltration (UF) system adopts pressure-driven membrane separation technology. The ultrafiltration membrane features precise micropore structure to effectively intercept suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, microorganisms, macromolecular organics and turbidity substances in raw water, while allowing water molecules and small-molecule soluble substances to pass through.
This large-scale skid-mounted UF equipment is assembled with high-performance hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane modules. The stainless steel frame and high-quality UPVC pipeline ensure structural stability and corrosion resistance. The system supports automatic backwashing, online chemical cleaning (CIP) and periodic aeration flushing, which reduces membrane fouling and extends membrane service life.
Ultrafiltration serves as ideal pretreatment for reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and seawater desalination systems. It is widely applied in municipal tap water purification, groundwater treatment, wastewater reuse, industrial circulating water treatment, food & beverage water processing and other projects. It can stably provide qualified feed water for subsequent membrane processes and lower the operation risk of downstream RO membranes.
