This two-stage reverse osmosis (Double-stage RO) water treatment system adopts a two-level membrane separation design. After preliminary purification by pretreatment, raw water first passes through the first-stage RO membrane to remove most salts, colloids, microorganisms and organic contaminants. The permeate then enters the second-stage reverse osmosis unit for deep desalination, delivering consistently high-purity product water.

The whole machine adopts full stainless steel pipeline and frame, complying with industrial and sanitary standards. Equipped with high-efficiency high-pressure pumps, precision security filters, online conductivity monitoring and automatic flushing functions. The system supports continuous automatic operation, effectively coping with fluctuations of raw water TDS.

Compared with single-stage RO, double-stage reverse osmosis achieves much lower effluent conductivity. It greatly reduces the load of post-treatment equipment such as EDI and polishing mixed bed. Widely used in pharmaceutical purified water, electronic semiconductor ultrapure water, cosmetic production, beverage manufacturing, laboratory water supply and other industries requiring high-standard pure water.
