This integrated Reverse Osmosis & EDI ultrapure water system combines two core water purification technologies to produce high-purity deionized water. Raw water firstly passes through the reverse osmosis unit to remove most salts, colloids, organic matter, microorganisms and suspended solids. The pre-purified water then enters the EDI module for deep desalination without chemical regeneration, continuously generating stable ultrapure water.
The whole set adopts a stainless steel skid-mounted framework, high-pressure vertical multistage pumps, stainless steel membrane housings and reliable control components. Compact layout, easy installation and routine maintenance. Compared with traditional mixed bed deionization technology, EDI avoids acid & alkali dosing, reduces waste liquid discharge and realizes environmentally friendly continuous operation.
