This integrated stainless steel nanofiltration (NF) water treatment equipment adopts nanofiltration membrane separation technology, equipped with complete pre-treatment consisting of stainless steel quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision security filter. Nanofiltration sits between reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration. It efficiently removes hardness, partial dissolved salts, organic contaminants, chroma, bacteria and viruses, while retaining beneficial mineral substances in water, achieving partial desalination instead of full demineralization. The whole set adopts full stainless steel pressure vessels and frame structure, fitted with automatic backwash control valves, pressure gauges, flow meters and centralized electrical control panel for fully automatic unattended operation. Compact skid-mounted design saves installation space and facilitates transportation and maintenance.
It is widely used for mineral water production, spring water purification, drinking water softening, food & beverage processing, groundwater treatment, wastewater advanced recycling and agricultural water treatment. Customized water output capacity and operating configuration are available to satisfy different water quality requirements.
