This heavy-duty carbon steel filter tank serves as core pretreatment equipment for large-scale water treatment projects. The pressure vessel adopts anti-corrosion blue epoxy coating, featuring big tank volume, large water throughput and stable running performance. It can be filled with quartz sand, activated carbon, manganese sand or multi-media filter materials to remove suspended solids, sediment, iron, manganese, organic pollutants and turbidity from raw water. Equipped with manholes for convenient filler inspection, replacement and maintenance. The system supports automatic or manual backwashing to avoid filter bed blockage.
Commonly used as the front pretreatment of reverse osmosis systems, ultrafiltration plants, circulating water treatment and underground water purification projects. Widely deployed in industrial manufacturing, mine water treatment, municipal water supply, wastewater reuse, brackish water desalination and power plant water treatment. Customized size, pressure rating and internal lining options are available for different project requirements.
