The design principle of this equipment is as follows: Based on the customer's requirements, this equipment must produce deionized water with a conductivity of < 0.2 µS/cm to supply water for the steam boiler. To effectively control project costs and resource utilization, we retained the customer's existing pretreatment soft water system, ensuring the product water quality meets RO feed water requirements. We added reverse osmosis and EDI systems to the existing equipment. The design scheme received unanimous approval from the customer.

The entire unit features a stainless steel frame integrating RO membrane modules, EDI modules, booster pumps, precision filters, and online monitoring instruments, resulting in a small footprint. Equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system, it requires no dedicated personnel for 24-hour monitoring, ensuring long-term stable effluent quality.

Using RO+EDI ultrapure water equipment to prepare boiler feedwater addresses boiler scaling, corrosion, and steam carryover issues at the source, balancing equipment operation safety, energy consumption control, and long-term maintenance costs. It is a standard water treatment solution for medium- and high-pressure industrial boiler systems.
After the equipment has been fully assembled, tested and commissioned with water, and passed water quality testing, it will be fully wrapped in stretch film for protection, supported by a solid wood pallet at the bottom, and packed in a full wooden crate. A complete operation manual, process flow chart, and water quality test report will be delivered with the goods.
